<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably suppress an edge bead phenomenon of film made of thermoplastic resin. <P>SOLUTION: A T-die 15 for melt extrusion molding of thermoplastic resin satisfies the formula: A≤14.5(L<SB POS="POST">x</SB>+L<SB POS="POST">R</SB>)-400, wherein L<SB POS="POST">x</SB>is the length of the line CC<SB POS="POST">x</SB>, L<SB POS="POST">y</SB>is the length of the line CC<SB POS="POST">y</SB>, L<SB POS="POST">R</SB>is the length of the line C<SB POS="POST">x</SB>C<SB POS="POST">R</SB>, and A is the area of the region circumscribed by the lines CC<SB POS="POST">x</SB>, CC<SB POS="POST">y</SB>and C<SB POS="POST">x</SB>C<SB POS="POST">y</SB>, when C<SB POS="POST">x</SB>is a position where a downstream side end face 13a of an inner deckle 13 begins to bend toward the upstream direction of a flow path 16, C<SB POS="POST">y</SB>is a position where a flow path side end face 13b of the inner deckle 13 begins to bend toward the end part direction of an exit 17, C is an intersection of an extended line from C<SB POS="POST">x</SB>to the center direction of the exit 17 with an extended line from C<SB POS="POST">y</SB>to the flow direction A of the flow path 16, and C<SB POS="POST">R</SB>is the upstream side end part of a flow path side end face 14a vertical to the width direction of a rod 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
