INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE AND INSERT MOLDING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a burr from remaining in a molding and to mold the molding which has glossiness even in separation surfaces of a synthetic resin and has no rough surface.

SOLUTION: A synthetic resin molten further by supplying hot steam to the inside of a heat medium passage 36 of a movable mold 26 is injected into a cavity S formed by the movable mold 26 and a fixed mold 6 through a guide passage 27 above a gate 13A and a gate cutting member 17 while molten synthetic resin J heats the tip of the gate cutting member 17. Since the not-solidified state of separation surfaces of the synthetic resin is thus kept, the synthetic resin pushed into the cavity S and the gate 13A on rising of the gate cutting member 17 is fused thoroughly with the synthetic resin present before the synthetic resin is pushed into the cavity S and the gate 13A.
