<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide roll capable of preventing the occurrence of wrinkles due to misalignment. <P>SOLUTION: Two or more nonslip parts 16, 16 processed so as not to slip with respect to a web W are formed on the surface of a guide roll 10 through one or more spaces 20, and further the parts 16, 16 are formed symmetrically with respect to the center in the width direction of the guide roll 10.
