<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap structure of a container which can reduce tightening torque when screwing and tightening a cap body on a spout. <P>SOLUTION: The cap structure of the container includes the spout 3 that is attached to a spout port of the container, and the cap body 2 that is detachably attached to a spout tube 31 of the spout, and includes a tamper-evident ring part 25 at the lower end of the cap body through a coupling part 26, and an undercut part 27 at the inner periphery part of the tamper-evident ring part. The spout includes a flange part fit in the inner periphery part of the tamper-evident ring part and including a plurality of angle parts, and a detent part 29 made to abut on the undercut part, thereby regulating rotation of the tamper-evident ring part with the cap body when rotating the cap body to uncover the container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
