<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a steel frame beam and a wooden beam, capable of suppressing the vibrations of a floor due to walking or the like by increasing rigidity at the joint part of the steel frame beam and the wooden beam. <P>SOLUTION: The joint structure of the steel frame beam and the wooden beam is for joining the wooden beam 3 through the joint member 4 to the steel frame beam 1. The joint member 4 includes a web joint part 41 joined to the web 13 of the steel frame beam 1 and a wooden beam joint part 42 extended from the web joint part 41 to the side exceeding the side edges of flanges 11, 12, piled up with the end of the wooden beam 3 and joined to the wooden beam 3. Further, the joint member 4 has a lower flange joint part 43 joined to the lower flange 12 of the steel frame beam 1.
