<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interference between a power unit and a peripheral part, by holding a rocking angle of the power unit substantially constant, even when an installation error is caused in a part of a vehicle body frame for abutting on a regulating member for regulating excessive rocking of the power unit. <P>SOLUTION: This engine suspension device 21 of a motor scooter type vehicle includes an engine suspension bracket 22 for rockably journaling the power unit of integrally constituting an engine and a transmission device to the vehicle body frame, and the regulating member 42 installed in a vehicle body side bearing part 43 of the engine suspension bracket and regulating the excessive rocking of the power unit by abutting on a bridge pipe 14 of the vehicle body frame. The engine suspension device 21 is constituted so that abutting surfaces 51 and 52 of regulating elements 46 and 47 in the regulating member 42 when abutting on the bridge pipe 14, become parallel to the center line L of connecting the center P of the bridge pipe 14 and the center O of the vehicle body side bearing part 43 of the engine suspension bracket 22 in a vehicle side view. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
