<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of sanitizing food that can uniformly heat and sanitize the food by using heated steam regardless of a shape of an apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The method of sanitizing food includes steps of: delivering food in a heat sanitization chamber 2; decompressing the heat sanitization chamber 2 by sealing the heat sanitization chamber 2 by making first and second sealing lids 5, 6 stick to the heat sanitization chamber 2 by discharging air from an air discharge part 10; discharging a part of the heated steam from first and second steam releasing parts 31, 32 while heating and sanitizing the food by the steam supplied from steam supplying parts 7, 8 by sealing first and second opening/closing parts 3, 4 and the heat sanitization chamber 2 by making the first and the second sealing lids 5, 6 stick to a first opening 28 by supplying the heated steam from the steam supplying parts 7, 8 by closing the air releasing part 10; discharging the steam in the heat sanitization chamber 2 from the steam releasing part 9 by closing the steam supplying parts 7, 8; and carrying out food from the heat sanitization chamber 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
