An epoxy resin composition and its preparing method are disclosed. The said composition is prepared by mixing the following components: 100 parts by weight of epoxy resin, 30-120 parts by weight of anhydride hardener and 1-45 parts by weight of butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber powder, wherein the composition does not comprise hardening accelerator. The composition has the properties of both high heat-resistance and high toughness, and is especially suitable for the fields requiring high heat-resistance such as circuit board, electronic packing, adhesive and insulation coating for electrical appliances. |
