A device for infertility treatment includes a therapeutic electrode or a vagina probe (1) and a current generator (2), wherein the therapeutic electrode or the vagina probe (1) is placed in the corresponding female skin or female vagina in order to perform bionical electro stimulation to promote growth of endometrium. The current generator (2) is connected with the therapeutic electrode or the vagina probe (1) and exports current for bionical electro stimulation to the therapeutic electrode or the vagina probe (1). The invention reduces the vascular resistence through stimulating constriction and relaxation of vascular smooth muscles; it increases the blood circulation of the pelvis, endometrium and uterine muscles, and increases tissue nutrition; it stimulates the endometrium, and accelerates the tissue repair and the physiological functional recovery to promote growth of endometrium; endometrium thickness becomes greater, which facilitates the fertilized egg implantation. It is effective in infertility treatment, particularly effective to the infertility patients due to endometrium attenuation.
