<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate transferring/holding device of which improvement is done, including changeable rising position of a circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of fixed receiving members 132 are secured on a guide rail 86 of a side frame 80 of the substrate transferring/holding device, and a plurality of movable receiving members 130 are attached for sliding in width direction. The fixed receiving member 132 includes a fixed receiving part 144 that extends above a push-up member from the guide rail 86. The movable receiving member 130 includes a hanging part 152 which extends downward from the tip part of a sliding part 150. A movable receiving surface which is a lower end surface of it is positioned below the fixed receiving surface being the lower surface of the fixed receiving part 144. By moving the movable receiving member 130 to an action position where the hanging part 152 is positioned above the push-up member, and to an escape position in which it is housed in a housing cut 160 formed at the guide rail 86, a circuit board is selectively received by the fixed receiving surface or the movable receiving surface, for change of rising position in two stages. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
