<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable buckle device or the like by which a seat belt is easily attached and the proper attachment state is obtained. <P>SOLUTION: The movable buckle device 100 includes: a buckle part 110 provided at the side of a seat surface of a seat 2 and including an insertion part into which a tongue 30 provided at the seat belt having a shoulder belt 10 and a lap belt 20 is detachably attached; buckle drive mechanisms 120, 140, 150, 160, 191 moving the buckle part between a wearing position for normal use and an attaching position used when the tongue is attached; and a control device 200 controlling the buckle drive mechanisms, wherein the buckle part is retreated toward the back side of the vehicle when moving from the mounting position to the wearing position, and the insertion part is rotated about an axis approximately along the vehicle width direction from the vehicle front side toward the upper side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
