<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a proper rent for a rental property. <P>SOLUTION: A building rent calculation system 1 acquires lending property data inputted by an operator for a rent calculation and stores the data (S701). Next, the system acquires a selection result of a comparison property selected by the operator (S703), specifies a correction rate for each lending property and the selected comparison property, and adds up each correction rate and obtains a difference cumulative total (S704). Subsequently, the system acquires a correction coefficient or the like which is inputted by the operator and stores it (S705). A variety of calculation processing (S706) calculates a comparative rent for each lending property and calculates an average of each comparative rent.
