<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cellulose acylate film, which can suppress mingling of foreign matters in a film. <P>SOLUTION: The production method of a cellulose acylate film comprises a step of dissolving a cellulose acylate in a solvent, and adding a compound having an ester structure of a repeating unit to the solvent to prepare a cellulose acylate solution; a step of casting the cellulose acylate solution on a support to form a casted film, and peeling the casted film as a film off the support while drying the casted film; and a step of transporting the film while drying the film. The amount of an acid originated from the compound in the cellulose acylate solution is 0.03 to 1.0 μmol/g, and the amount of iron taken in from the cellulose acylate is 0.01 to 0.1 μmol/g. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
