<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle with a handle in which the shape of a handle member is simplified and the handle is fixed to the shoulder of the bottle with a content of 500 ml or less by insert molding. <P>SOLUTION: The small-capacity bottle with the handle is made of a PET resin and has a capacity of 500 ml or less. The handle member separately molded is mounted to the shoulder forming part of a blow mold, and a heated and softened preform is blow-molded. Thus, the handle member is insert-molded at the shoulder of the bottle. The handle member includes a front wall surface, an upper wall provided successively to the front upper part of the front wall surface, a handle wall provided successively from the lower surface of the outer edge of the upper wall through a hinge and having a handle hole pierced at the center thereof, and an engaging part provided successively to the rear side of the front wall surface.
