<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide artificial hair having a texture approximating natural hair, shortening a time required for curl setting, and excellent in flame retardancy. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a fiber for artificial hair obtained by fibrillizing a resin composition including: a polyamide; and an organic crosslinking particles. A material of the resin composition includes: 100 pts.mass of the polyamide; and 0.2-5 pts.mass of the organic crosslinking partcles. The organic crosslinking particle is preferably at least one compound selected from a group consisting of a crosslinking polyamide particle, a crosslinking polyester particle and a crosslinking acrylic particle. The polyamide is preferably at least one compound selected from a group consisting of nylon 6, nylon 6,6, nylon 4,6, nylon 12, nylon 6,10 and nylon 6,12. The resin composition preferably contains: 0.2-5 pts.mass of the organic crosslinking partcles; and 3-30 pts.mass of a phosphorus-containing flame retardant or a bromine-containing flame retardant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
