<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having a resin layer with superior adhesion and surface slipperiness. <P>SOLUTION: The laminate has the resin layer containing a polyolefin copolymer (A) on a rubber base material, the polyolefin copolymer (A) has an olefin based hydrocarbon unit and an N-substituted imide unit originating from an unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride unit, a content of the N-substituted imide unit originating from the unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride unit is 0.1-10 mol%, and an N-substituent of the N-substituted imide unit originating from the unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride unit is a substituent represented by the formula (I): -(CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>)<SB POS="POST">n</SB>NR<SP POS="POST">1</SP>R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>, (wherein, R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>, R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>are 1-5C alkyl groups or 1-5C hydroxyalkyl groups, and n indicates an integer of 1-5). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
