METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR INDICATING TRANSMISSION INTERVAL FORMAT SEQUENCE

A method and a system for indicating a transmission interval format sequence are disclosed in the invention. Both parties of communication acquire a set corresponding relation between transmission interval format sequence combinations and transmission interval format sequence combination identifiers. The method includes that: when one of the two communication parties determines to start/stop the transmission interval format sequence, the transmission interval format sequence combination which is to be started/stopt is determined and the identifier of the transmission interval format sequence combination determined to start/stop is notified to the other one of the two communication parties; according to the determined identifier of the transmission interval format sequence combination, the other party of the communication starts/stops each transmission interval format sequence of the corresponding transmission interval format sequence combination. With the method and system of the invention, indications of multiple transmission interval format sequences between a base station and a user terminal can be realized.
