A service development platform, system and method thereof are provided in the invention, wherein a service request of a user equipment (UE) is handled by the service development platform. The method includes: a UE calls a service access code and initiates a service request; the service development platform establishes a media tunnel with the UE; the service development platform loads, according to the service request from the UE, a webpage on a WEB browser; the service development platform captures the webpage data on the WEB browser, and encapsulates and transmits it to the UE via the media tunnel; the service development platform receives the keystroke information of the UE via the media tunnel, and transmits the keystroke information of the UE to the WEB browser through a windows message to enable the operation on the webpage. The method can simplify the development and extension of the service, improve the development efficiency of the video material making, and solve the problem of video source resource in a video service.
