PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flexible search result in voice search.

SOLUTION: A matching part 56 performs matching between a search result object pronunciation symbol string being an alignment of pronunciation symbols of a search result object word string and a recognition result pronunciation symbol string being an alignment of pronunciation symbols of the voice recognition result of an input voice concerning each one of multiple search result object word strings. Based on the matching results, a generation part 57 generates a search result word string being the search result of a word string corresponding to the input voice among the multiple search result object word strings. A user information estimation part 58 estimates at least one of a physical property and mental attitude of an utterer of the input voice and outputs user information expressing the estimation result. At least one of the matching part 56 and the generation part 57 changes processing in accordance with the user information. The present invention is applicable to a case where the voice search is performed, for example.
