<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package filling apparatus which can prevent liquid leakage from the base of a container by maintaining lamination of a heat seal part of the base. <P>SOLUTION: The package filling device for manufacturing a package container filled with liquid food includes: a bottom forming station in which blanks obtained from laminated packaging material having a panel sectioned by a fold line and heat seal layers as inside and outside layers are loaded on a mandrel, and a panel for molding a bottom is folded inside along the fold line to form a base, which is sealed to mold an open container, and then the open container is pulled out from the mandrel by a puller; a conveying means; a sterilization station; a filling station; a preheating station; and a top seal station. The puller has suction cups and shafts for moving the suction cups between the base forming station and the conveying means. Contact surfaces where the suction cups come into contact with the base of the open container are located at a middle part between the edge and the center part of the base, and symmetrically located. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
