<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OTA which exhibits superior linear performance even in an expanded input voltage range and excels in the accuracy of transconductance values and a filter circuit using the OTA. <P>SOLUTION: The OTA is comprised of an I-V converter and current control circuits 1 and 2 which amplify the output current of the I-V converter at an amplification rate proportional to the resistance value of an internal resistive element. The current control circuits 1 and 2 are composed of a drain to which an input current is fed, a MOS transistor 10 having a gate to which a first control voltage is supplied, a MOS transistor 13 having a drain to which an output current is output, a MOS transistor 11 having a gate to which a second control voltage is supplied, a non-inverted input terminal connected to the drain of the MOS transistor 10, an output terminal connected to the gate of the MOS transistor 13, and a differential amplifier 12 having inverted input terminals connected to the source of the MOS transistor 13 and the drain of the MOS transistor 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
