<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film having an excellent conductivity and light permeability on a substrate even if using a general-purpose polymer substrate such as a PET film, and a method for manufacturing the conductive film readily at low cost and with good productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive film manufacturing method is for manufacturing a conductive film on a substrate by using an organic solvent dispersion material containing conductive particulate.
