<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact photographing lens and the like having a wide field angle and a large aperture, correcting aberrations satisfactorily in focusing on from an infinitely distant object to a short distance object and having high optical performance all over an image plane. <P>SOLUTION: A photographing lens comprises, in order from an object side, a first lens group G1 having positive refractive power and a second lens group G2 having positive refractive power. A position of the first lens group G1 is fixed relative to an image surface I, and the second lens group G2 is constituted by a plurality of lens components.
