Disclosed is a compound which has excellent neurokinin NK1, neurokinin NK2 and muscarine M3 receptor antagonist action and is useful as an agent for treatment of bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and the like, or a pharmacologically acceptable salt of the compound. Specifically disclosed is a compound represented by general formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. (In the formula, R1 and R2 each represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-C6 alkyl group or the like; R3 and R4 each represents a phenyl group or the like, which may be independently substituted with 1-5 groups selected from the substituent group A; L1 represents a C1-C10 alkylene group or the like; L2 represents a carbonyl group or the like; E represents a phenylene group or the like, which may be independently substituted with 1-4 groups selected from the substituent group A; m represents an integer of 1-4; n represents an integer of 0-4; p represents an integer of 0-2; q represents an integer of 1-10; r represents 1 or 2; s represents 0 or 1; and the substituent group A includes halogen atoms, C1-C6 alkyl groups and the like.).
