SYSTEM FOR SELECTING COLOR OF GLASS FLAKE

PURPOSE: A color sorting system for glass flaks are provided to improve recycling rate of glass flakes and reduce costs by automating color sorting of glass flakes. CONSTITUTION: A color sorting system for glass flaks comprises a debris removal unit(100) which removes debris from glass flakes(G), a pulverizing unit(200) which pulverizes the glass flakes into a specific range of size, a transfer unit(300) which arranges the pulverized glass flakes at regular intervals and transfers the glass flakes through an inclined part, a photographing unit(400) which is installed on a side of the inclined part and takes images of the transferred glass flakes, a discriminating unit(500) which receives the images from the photographing unit and discriminates the colors of the glass flakes, and a sorting unit(600) which sorts the glass flakes into the discriminated colors.
