A quick fastening nut is disclosed, wherein the nut includes a nut body (5), and a detachable multi-segment threaded structure (6) provided in the nut body (5). The multi-segment threaded structure (6) is provided with an axial opening, the multi-segment threaded structure (6) is separated into at least two segments (61, 62, 63), and an inner screw thread is provided on the inner surface of the multi-segment threaded structure (6). When the quick fastening nut is pressed on a bolt, the inner conical bevel (68) of the multi-segment threaded structure (6) contacts with the conical bevel (11) of the top cover (1), and the multi-segment threaded structure (6) moves upwards along the bevel (11) by a pressure, thus an outward radial displacement is caused, which increases the inner diameter of the multi-segment threaded structure (6), so the quick fastening nut is pressed on a fastening position of the bolt. The invention greatly improves assembly efficiency, is convenience and quick in use, and arrives at or even exceeds the fastening performance of common nuts.
