The duplex clutch (1) has two friction clutches (3,4) with two pressure plates (11,12) that are retained torque-proof on a coupling body (5) and are interlocked against the friction surfaces (7,10) of the coupling body. The both pressure plates are arranged displaceable axial to the friction surfaces arranged firmly against the coupling body, and are arranged attached one after another by a single actuating system along an actuating path at a distance.
