The sleeve has a cylindrical holder (10) inserted into a gap between a strand-like element (1) and a cylindrical body (2). A gasket (20) is held by the cylindrical holder and provided with a sealing device (21) for sealing against an outer surface of the strand-like element and a clamping portion (24). The outer surface of the strand-like element is made of silicone. The strand-like element and the clamping portion are radially set in an overlap position to clamp the body between the holder and the clamping portion. A hinge (23) is formed between the sealing device and the clamping portion. The gasket and the holder are integrally formed from resilient and rigid materials.
