<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage documents according to change in the documents or an operation procedure during performance of a work using documents. <P>SOLUTION: An output processing part 106 of a server 10 performs a process to output a paper form which is prepared by printing a form ID for identifying an electronic form and contents of the form on a paper medium in responce to an output request for the electronic form. A form information extracting part 1064 extracts at least a portion of the contents of the electronic form to be printed from the electronic form. A parent form ID accepting part 1068 accepts a designation of the form ID of other form than the electronic form to be printed. A form information registration part 108 registers the form ID of the electronic form to be printed, form information indicating the information extracted by the form information extracting part 1064, and derivation-related information indicating that the form having the form ID accepted by the parent form ID accepting part 1068 is the parent of the form to be printed, in a form information database (DB) 110 such that they are associated with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
