<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit capable of suppressing current flow in a bipolar device. <P>SOLUTION: A first Schottky barrier diode 21 as an unipolar device is connected in parallel to a first PN junction diode 11a as a bipolar device. A cathode of the first Schottky barrier diode 21 is connected to a cathode of the first PN junction diode 11a. An anode of the first Schottky barrier diode 21 is connected to an anode of the first PN junction diode 11a via a connection metal member 31 on which an inductance L1 is parasitic. Further, the anode of the first Schottky barrier diode 21 is connected to a second output line 18 via a connection metal member 32 on which an inductance L2 is parasitic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
