<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately and quickly measure a lamination deviation on the lamination face of a lamination iron core in the lamination deviation measurement method and device of a lamination iron core. <P>SOLUTION: The lamination deviation measurement method of a lamination iron core includes: a process of acquiring the profile of the lamination face of a lamination iron core (1) along a lamination direction; a process of specifying that an area in which the absolute value of the inclination exceeds a prescribed threshold in the profile is a valley between icon cores; a process of dividing the profile into sub-profiles by setting the specified valley as a boundary; a process of calculating the maximum value of a waveform for each sub-profile; and a process of calculating a difference between the maximum and minimum values of the calculated maximum values as a lamination deviation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
