<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film manufacturing device capable of continuously manufacturing optical films of different use applications and enabling replacement and cleaning of rolls, without suspending a manufacturing line. <P>SOLUTION: This optical film manufacturing device includes an unevenness transfer means 10 equipped with not less than one casting roll 2 and not less than one mirror surface roll 3, and operates to convey a polymer film 1 as stretched over the casting roll 2 and the mirror surface roll 3 alternately, at the unevenness transfer means 10. Thus, the uneven shape of the surface of the casting roll 2 is transferred to the polymer film 1.
