PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device such that it is not necessary to add a dedicated component so as to erase data in storage means and the data is erased in an easy method, and a lighting fixture and a vehicle having the same.

SOLUTION: A microcomputer 17 receives detection results of an output current detection circuit 13 and an output voltage detection circuit 14 in predetermined timing, and stores the detection results of load currents flowing to light emitting diodes LED1 and LED2 and load voltages applied to the light emitting diodes LED1 and LED2 in a flash memory 19. The microcomputer 17 erases the data stored in the flash memory 19 when at least one condition is met between a first condition that a state in which a detected voltage of the input voltage detection circuit 12 is equal to or higher than a first reference voltage that is higher than a rated voltage rnage of a DC power source E1 lasts for a predetermined time or longer and a second condition that a state in which the detected voltage is equal to or lower than a second reference voltage that is lower than the rated voltage range lasts for the predetermined time or longer.
