<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water service support system and a method and a program for the same for displaying a measure, against malfunctions or abnormalities, to be taken by each relevant department and time at which the measure is to be taken. <P>SOLUTION: A water service support system S includes: a water quality process storage unit 34 to store measurement values measured in a facility or an organization; an operation record storage unit 40 to store facility and equipment information; a document management storage unit 35 to store document information; a facility storage unit 36 to store facility information; a customer information storage unit 37 to store complaints and inquiries made by water consumers; a management index storage unit 39 to store a management index and a target value; a correction measure storage unit 38; a management index checking means 50 to detect achievement of the management index and the target value; a correction scenario construction means 51 to construct a correction scenario using the information in the storage unit 34, 40, 37, 35 and 38; a correction measure evaluation means 52 to compute improvement effect produced by the correction scenario using the information in the storage unit 34 or 36; a management information display means 53 to indicate management information for each user based on the output from the means 51 and 52. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
