<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic cleaning device in treatment before plating of a belt-like metal, which secures an ultrasonic cleaning optimum distance to the objective face to be cleaned and also gives effective ultrasonic cleaning even to the opposite face of the object to be cleaned. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic cleaning device includes an ultrasonic wave emitting means 1, and gives ultrasonic vibration 8 to a cleaning liquid by the ultrasonic emitting means to produce an ultrasonic cleaning liquid. The surface 5 of the object to be cleaned is passed into the ultrasonic cleaning liquid to a distance of the integer multiple of a 1/2 wavelength corresponding to frequency and is subjected to ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic vibration not emitted to the surface 5 of the object to be cleaned and passed through is reflected by a reflection component 4 installed so as to be confronted with an ultrasonic vibrator and having an angular opening of 90°, ultrasonic vibration is emitted even to the opposite face of the object to be cleaned hidden from the side of the ultrasonic vibrator, and cleaning is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
