<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal fan which is easy in suction even in a thinned-down casing, and can reduce noise even while maintaining an air capacity, and to obtain a desired air capacity as the centrifugal fan. <P>SOLUTION: An exhaust port 21 is provided in a sidewall of the casing 2, positioned in a delivery direction of an impeller 1, and air intakes 24, 25 are provided in a part of the sidewall of the casing 2. By this, a flow of air reaching the exhaust port 21 via a wind path 27 being a flow path between the impeller 1 and the casing 2 from the air intakes 24, 25 can be formed in a straight line. Therefore, even in the thinned-down casing, a necessary air capacity for cooling can be maintained by easily carrying out suction from the air intakes 24, 25. With respect to the necessary air capacity for cooling, noise is significantly reduced than a conventional one in the centrifugal fan 100, and noise reduction can be carried out. Further, the capacity and direction of air which is discharged from an exhaust port 21 can be determined by a position or a shape of a stabilizer 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
