The invention relates to an aircraft pylon for mounting a dual- or triple-flow jet engine (1), said pylon comprising an upper surface for connection to the aircraft, two side flanks, and a flange on the lower portion of the pylon. Said pylon includes at least one portion that extends downstream from the cold flow nozzle (5) of said jet engine and lies in the cold flow. Said pylon is characterized in that it comprises, on the portion thereof extending into the cold flow beyond said nozzle, at least one opening (8), positioned on one of the flanks of said pylon, by means of which an air stream is injected into or drawn from the gas flow that flows along the flanks of the pylon.
