NOISE SUPPRESSION TRANSMISSION CHANNEL AND SHEET-LIKE STRUCTURE USED FOR IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and thin noise suppression transmission channel which can restrain noises of multiple distribution lines such as LSI collectively and a sheet-like structure used for it.

SOLUTION: A noise suppression transmission channel comprises: a wiring layer comprising at least a signal conductor; a dielectric layer; a sheet-like structure. The sheet-like structure comprises a conductor layer which is formed by repeatedly arranging unit shapes having a prescribed pattern, and the dielectric layer is provided between the wiring layer and the conductor layer. Also, the ground line of the wiring layer and part of the conductor layer can be connected as well. By this configuration, noises running through a signal conductor can be reduced.
