PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable appropriate address resolution for moving image distribution without interruption of distribution.

SOLUTION: A server comprises: a meeting information table TB1 which stores holding times each configured for meetings and distribution times for recording the meetings; a reception unit 23 which receives a desired meeting distribution KK selected by a user and sent from a terminal; an address selection unit 24 which selects either a unicast address or multicast address for distributing moving images of the desired meeting distribution according to holding status of the desired meeting distribution on the reception unit 23 receiving the desired meeting distribution; and an address transceiver 25 which sends to a user terminal either unicast address or multicast address selected by the address selection unit.
