FOAMABLE STYRENIC RESIN COMPOSITION, FOAMED SHEET THEREOF, AND FOAMED CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polystylenic resin composition which improves thermal resistance without degrading moldability that a polystyrenic resin has, and which exhibits excellent mold reproducibility when a foamed sheet further obtained is secondarily processed; and to provide a foam of the resin composition.

SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises a polystyrene resin (A), a polyphenylene ether resin (B) and a foaming agent (C). The polystyrene resin (A) has a plurality of branches and contains a resin obtained by copolymerizing a branched macromonomer (a1) having a plurality of polymerizable double bonds and a stylenic monomer (a2). The foam of the resin composition is also provided.
