CONSTITUTION BODY OF TWO JUNCTION DEVICES INCLUDING LOW TEMPERATURE COMPRESSION SINTER JUNCTION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution body of two junction devices including low temperature compression sinter junction and a manufacturing method thereof.

SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a constitution body including first and second junction devices mutually joined with close contact of their materials by low temperature compression sinter junction. The related manufacturing method includes the steps of: preparing the first junction device 10 having a surface portion 18 consisting of base metal including a planar metal oxide layer 240 thereon; adding a reductant to a region of a surface portion provided as a first contact face of the first junction device; adding a layer consisting of sinter paste to the reductant; arranging a second contact face 56 of the second junction device 50 on the layer consisting of the sinter paste; and applying temperature and pressure to the constitution body for forming the low temperature compression sinter junction with close contact of the materials.
