<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a round conveyor apparatus which can prevent or suppress the scattering of dust when operating an apparatus and can stably rotate a conveyance belt. <P>SOLUTION: The round conveyor apparatus is provided with: a pair of rollers 2, 3 which are arranged so that each extension of a center axis may mutually crosses at a predetermined angle; an endless conveyance belt 4 which has a planar sectorial shape and is rotatably wound around a pair of the rollers 2, 3, two or more engaging parts 5 which are projectingly provided at the outer peripheral part 40 of the conveyance belt 4 at a fixed interval; a guide 6 which is disposed along the outer peripheral part 40 at an inner direction side rather than the outer peripheral part 40 of the conveyance belt 4 and slidably comes into contact with the engaging part 5; and a drive part 7 which rotates the conveyance belt 4. The drive part 7 has teeth 95 engaged with engaging part 5 at its outer periphery and is provided with a rotary engaging part 70 in which a rotary shaft is arranged by being away from the outer peripheral part 40 of the conveyance belt 4, and a motive power part 71 which rotates the rotary engaging part 70. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
