<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle that prevents joint portion of a cover member of a pillion step holder from being exposed even when the cover member is removed, and protects the joint portion of the cover member while allowing parts to be shared. <P>SOLUTION: A cover member fastening portion 351 to be fastened to the cover member 311 that is arranged on the side of a rear wheel 26 and fastened to the pillion step holder 54 and a vehicle body frame 2, is provided on the pillion step holder 54 at a position overlapping the fixed position of a pillion step 55 in side view.
