<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase manufacturing efficiency of multi-kind small-lot production of a packaging bag having a printing part and a welding part. <P>SOLUTION: A belt-like synthetic resin sheet S is used as a material, to manufacture the packaging bag having the printing part and the welding part by using a printing machine 5 and a bag making machine 6. In the printing machine, the belt-like synthetic resin sheet as a material passes through a printing roller to be printed, and the printing part is provided for each packaging bag length. In the bag making machine, the belt-like synthetic resin sheet with the printing parts arranged thereon is intermittently supplied for each packaging bag length, and a position to be the welding part of the packaging bag is welded and a position to be the edge of the packaging bag is cut, every time the belt-like synthetic resin sheet is stopped. The printing machine and the bag making machine are arranged in the front and rear, and a retention amount adjusting mechanism 7 is provided between the printing machine and the bag making machine. The belt-like synthetic resin sheet is supplied to the welding and cutting part of the bag making machine through the retention amount adjusting mechanism, without winding it after printing, and resides in the retention amount adjusting mechanism after printing and before welding and cutting. The retention amount is increased or decreased by a difference between the speed of the belt-like synthetic resin sheet after printing and the speed of the belt-like synthetic resin sheet before welding and cutting. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
