<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning method for cleaning a tray, a mesh, a cast-iron pan, and the like to remove oil and carbon-like blot adhered to them without damaging them and a cleaning apparatus using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning apparatus includes a cleaning bath 1 having a base plate 2 inclined to one direction, in which a mesh plate 3 for placing thereon an object to be cleaned and a heater 4 for heating a cleaning solution 8 is included. A temperature controller 7 for controlling the temperature of the heater 4, a supplier 9 of the cleaning solution 8 and discharge pipes 11 and 12 for discharging dirts floating on the surface of the cleaning solution and dirts released in cleaning and precipitated on the base plate 2 are disposed to side of the cleaning bath 1. The apparatus is filled with the cleaning solution 8 which is a mixture having composition in which 3 to 300 g of ion cleaning solution composed of 10 wt.% basic water-soluble salt and 1 liter of water are mixed. The cleaning solution 8 is heated to 30 to 90°C and the object to be cleaned is immersed in the solution for 30 minutes or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
