<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic sensitizing dye for organic solar cells with high sensitivity capable of effective electrification separation, which has a wide absorption range from the outside of purple to the near-infrared region. <P>SOLUTION: The organic sensitizing dye for organic solar cells has large absorption range and is obtained by introducing fullerene which is an excellent electronic acceptor into a squarylium frame also with a large absorption index. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
