PURPOSE: A portable terminal cradle is provided to prevent negligent accident by enabling a driver to put a portable terminal on the steering wheel of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A cradling pad(100) includes a reception unit(110) and an adhesion apparatus. A fixing member(200) includes a length control string(210) and a fixing clip(220). The length control string is fixed at the string fixing hole of the cradling pad. The fixing clip is included at the end unit of the length control string. The fixing clip is fixes the cradling pad at the cover of a steering wheel.
