PURPOSE: A fixing apparatus of an inductive heat method and image creation apparatus adopting the same are provided to improve the durability of an image creation apparatus by increasing dwell time and by securing large amount nip. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic flux generation unit is arranged at the outside of a fixing belt(120). The magnetic flux generation unit emits magnetic flux. A first roller(130) and a second roller(140) are arranged in the inside of the fixing belt and are faced with each other. A nip guide unit(150) is arranged between the first roller and the second roller. A pressure roller(160) forms nip on a connection part between the nip guide unit and the fixing belt using the first roller and the second roller.
