摘要 PURPOSE: A producing method of anti-obesity foods and beverages using seaweeds is provided to secure the texture, taste, and flavor or the seaweeds. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of anti-obesity foods and beverages using seaweeds comprises the following steps: washing and drying brown seaweed and laminaria japonica; crushing the dried brown seaweed and laminaria japonica into 50-100 meshes, and extracting; adding natural organic acid and vinegar into the extract, and secondly extracting; and adding an anti-obesity raw material into the extract before sterilizing and seal-packing. The extraction temperature is 100-150 deg C.
