PURPOSE: A capacitive touch pen with double elasticity is provided to improve a click feeling and a click success ratio by pressing a pen rubber unit to a touch screen. CONSTITUTION: A pen rubber unit(130) is formed on one end of a touch pen body and have a round tip to elastically touch and click a touch screen(120). A pen rubber supporter(140) is formed in the touch pen body and supports and fixes the pen rubber unit. The pen rubber unit includes a space inside. The upper side of an elastic click unit(150) is fixed to a pen rubber supporter. The bottom of the elastic click unit becomes convex by pressing the inner bottom of the space of the pen rubber unit.
